Chuck Higgins

Chuck Higgins, 62 years young, came out in leather over 30 years ago. He started out as Arkansas Mr. Leather 1989 and subsequently, Mr. Southeast Leather 1990. He was a contestant at International Mr. Leather TWICE but never won. However, they DID ask him to be a judge at IML in 1992 and he responded by saying, "Yes, if you insist!" Meanwhile, he was the Co-Chair of the National Leather Association - International and ended up on the National board of the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association; go figure!!! Chuck has presented at many leather events, emceed at many leather contests and is basically a "stage whore" thanks to the Toastmasters Club.

Presently residing in Santa Fe with his boy, donald, Chuck stays busy with his candy business. Officially, it is known as CGHiggins Confections. Unofficially,
"Chuck's Nuts".

Justin Tanis

Justin Tanis has been enjoying SM for almost 25 years and been in service for 15 years. Justin is the editor of The Leather Times, the newsletter of the Leather Archives & Museum and was the recipient of the 2008 Pantheon of Leather Rocky Mountain Regional Award. He has presented at a wide range of leather events including Leather Leadership Conference, Southplains Leatherfest, the Master/slave Conference, Los Angeles Leather Weekend and Rio Grande Leather. He works for a national LGBT advocacy organization.

Pat Baillie: pat baillie found the leather community 30+ years ago through the men’s leather community in Phoenix, AZ. She is a retired military, government contracting, professional gay, educator who has a heart for service and kink! She’s a queer boy who lives with her Lady in a “poly-cule” in the California’s Bay Area. She has been a titleholder including International Ms Leather 1995, served on the Leather Leadership Conference National Board, produced the Rio Grande Leather Event in New Mexico and has been teaching, judging contests and mentoring for years.

Tim Starkey is International Mr. Bootblack 2010 & Mr. Boston Leather 2009.

Tim has a lengthy involvement with the Northeast leather and BDSM community. He is a member of Delta International, Mama’s Family, and The Leather Archives & Museum. Tim has worked as an educator for over 25 years in the health, human services, and personal service industries. He has a broad range of kinky and non-kinky passions. Some of Tim’s heart centered commitments include education, leather history, social networking, community representation, youth empowerment, HIV Prevention, mentoring, and charity fundraising. Jeffrey Payne

Originally from Maine, Jeffrey Payne relocated to Louisiana at the young age of 3 following the death of his mother, Sharon St. Cyr. He grew up in a Louisiana orphanage and settled down in New Orleans. While in New Orleans, Jeffrey Payne headed the compliance program for various agencies but was forced to relocate to Dallas, Texas when Hurricane Katrina shook the city.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and has worked in the Human Resources field for the last 20 years, and currently co-owns and manages Notarius Reporting, a court-reporting firm. Jeffrey works diligently through the Sharon St. Cyr Fund (SSC Fund) to raise money for individuals within our community to assist them with the purchase of hearing aids and to provide grants to organizations so all events are equipped with Sign Language interpreters. He also works with the SSC Fund to create awareness and raise money for the Leather Archives & Museum and the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.

Jeffrey has held the title of International Mr. Leather 2009 and is an active member of the Leather Knights, Dallas Area Male Naturalists, National Leather Association – International, National Leather Association – Dallas, and Dallas Independent Volleyball Association, as well as a voting member of the Leather Archives and Museum. He enjoys volleyball, water volleyball, being a pastry chef, and practicing some spare time massage therapy.

Jeffrey is married to David Roy and together they share their home with their boy adam in Dallas along with their four children, Isabella & Lucy (miniature Dachshunds) and Korbin & Konner (miniature Poodles).

Daddy Mikey is a 51- year-old, bearish/biker-type Dom. He moved to the Atlanta area in July of 2007 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he won the title of Mr. Sooner State Leather in 2002 and he went on to win the title of Mr. Olympus Leather 2004. He was the recipient of NLA-International's 2010 Man of the Year award. He was also honored with his Masters Cover on June 26, 2010.

Daddy Mikey has been in the lifestyle for over 15 years now, and enjoys passing on the knowledge he has learned to others. He has presented and judged at numerous events across the country. She started her life-long interest in creating corsets in 1976 through the SCA and Renaissance Fair.

Wanting to merge her design, fitting, and technical skill, she created a Haute Coture house - *Marvelous Mayhem* in 2003 and *Mayhem for Men* in 2008. MM is a place where Amy can be creative and celebrate the body from fetish to lifestyle and beyond.
